Dr. Shaila is a family wellness chiropractor with over a decade of experience in perinatal and pediatric care. She is Webster technique certified, holds multiple pediatric certifications and is a trusted expert in her field. She is a mother, a knitter, and a lover of hugs and sunshine. Her passion for family health and wellness is evident in all areas of her life.

Dr. Angelica is a Naturopathic Doctor with a focus in pediatrics and family wellness. Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with the healing powers of nature, and empowers patients to achieve their health goals. Her work integrates a range of therapies, including nutrition and lifestyle counseling, herbal medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (including acupuncture and cupping).

Jaquie is a Postpartum Doula, CAPPA Certified New Parent Educator, Certified Infant Sleep Consultant, and Mom of 2. She supports postpartum moms so they feel empowered to take on motherhood with confidence and joy. She takes a holistic approach by always considering the mother-baby dyad. She supports moms with a postpartum mindset, newborn care, baby sleep and solid food.

Giselle is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant who trained at the International Breastfeeding Centre. Giselle has a thriving doula and lactation practice established in 2016. Giselle loves supporting growing families from pregnancy to postpartum. They want each client to reach their individual feeding goals. Their practice is inclusive of all families and feeding choices- nursing, pumping, and combo feeding.

Agnes is a pelvic health physiotherapist, specializing in women’s health. Known for her compassionate and caring nature, her focus is to educate women about their bodies, particularly in regard to the changes that happen during pregnancy, the postpartum period, and menopause. She also works with patients experiencing painful intercourse and individuals with chronic pelvic pain. In addition to being a busy mom of two, Agnes also brings personal experience to encourage, empower and support her patients throughout any pelvic health needs. Agnes uses education, exercise guidance and manual therapy to help you build confidence and strength in your pelvic floor and core.

Carly is a certified baby massage instructor, baby yoga instructor, pilates instructor, and pre and postnatal coach. She creates a nurturing and warm atmosphere in her group and private classes. She can support your family through baby’s colic, teething, sleep routines, or developmental milestones using natural, play-based methods. Come with the goal of staying strong and active throughout pregnancy or rebuilding strength postpartum. She believes the best results come from empowering parents through education, support, and community.

Dr. Sandra is a chiropractor who completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She utilizes a combination of diversified technique, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture/cupping, and exercise to help patients optimize their function. Dr. Sandra is committed to helping patients achieve their full potential and emphasizes the importance of evidence-based and holistic care. She has expertise in pre/post-natal care, wellness, and sports injuries.

Vera has been a Certified (CAPPA) Birth Doula since 2014, and a Childbirth and Lactation Educator in Toronto. She has taught hundreds of parents and doulas skills and ideas to encourage individuals to have positive birth experiences. She attends labouring people in a variety of settings with midwives, obstetricians, and family doctor practices in Canada and in Mexico. She is trained to support Hypnobirthing people and in acupressure techniques for labour. Her specialties include water birth, solo birthers, and baby-wearing. 
Vera holds a degree with honours from U of T and has a diploma in Teaching Adults. She has presented at several conferences and considers herself a birth activist. She is co-owner of Doulas on Bikes.

Andrea is a Registered Acupuncturist and a member of the Council of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists (CTCMPAO).
She is a recipient of the Canadian Public Health Contribution Award (Aug 2014) for outstanding services within the field of public health. Andrea uses Traditional and German Auricular (ear) Therapy to treat chronic conditions and hidden causes of conditions, such as emotions, anxiety, memories, and oral health concerns that hinder healing. As a Registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, she uses gentle, non-invasive, hands-on therapies, Craniosacral therapy, and neuro techniques to re-balance the mind and the body. Andrea is a mother of 2 and grandmother to 4 special little ones.

Lauren is a Level 4 Certified Essentrics instructor and Pilates Mat Instructor. She is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and has been working in the wellness space since 2012. With a toddler running around at home, Lauren understands the physical demands of motherhood and is equipped to help others feel stronger, energized, and pain-free! She specializes in working with pre/postnatal and aging populations and focuses on making her workouts accessible to all. Through personalized training, combining Essentrics and Pilates techniques, along with her positive attitude, Lauren’s goal is to help you feel better, move better, and embody a sustainable healthy lifestyle. 

Tania Grinberg, a certified parent coach and mother of three, holds a Master's in Education from the University of Toronto. She was born and raised in Mexico City. With a rich teaching background and as a third-generation educator, she is committed to helping parents forge deep connections with their children. Tania's expertise includes coursework in a doctoral program at York U focused on Gender Feminist and Women's Studies. Tania specializes in supporting parents dealing with children's food and body image struggles, aiming to promote a healthy relationship with food and prevent disordered eating behaviors.

Lilli Marmurek is your go-to therapist if you want life to feel even just a little bit easier. As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), Lilli has over a decade of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults overcome life’s many challenges, regardless of their “size.” From navigating relationship dynamics (be it with peers, family, or partners), to managing stress and anxiety, to supporting clients through the difficult reality of parenthood, Lilli relies on theories of attachment, trauma, and CBT to help clients navigate the complexities of modern life. Her genuine, compassionate, and relatable approach is what will make the therapy process feel comfortable and effective.
