Chiropractic care after birth is beneficial for all new parents. The main focus of orthopedic physio is on the external body including muscles, bones, and joints and they help to determine the cause of your symptoms.  Physiotherapists educate, provide manual therapy, and get you involved in your own recovery.

This class covers the pre-labour time, early and active labour, 2nd & 3rd stages of labour, and what to expect of the first 24 hours of life with your baby.

This 10-hour in-person course is held over 4 sessions of 2.5 hours each and is ideally taken so that the last class is in the early to mid 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
The facilitator uses inclusive language and a variety of terms to describe mothers, fathers, parents, partners and spouses. Your birth partner attends at no extra cost.
