Postnatal Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care after birth is beneficial for all new parents. After your baby is born, your body will require time and care to reach its full potential, but you don’t come with a factory reset button - your body will be different and this can be intimidating and frustrating for many new parents.
Postnatal Chiropractic care gently aides your body to find its new balance and healthy alignment. Particular focus is spent on your pelvis and its adjoining muscles, ligaments and tendons. Let’s not forget your neck, upper back and shoulders - all of which will be getting a workout while holding, rocking and feeding your baby.
Our Chiropractors will assess your postpartum concerns, use gentle adjustments to restore balance to your body and give exercise and rehabilitation recommendations to speed up recovery time, ensure proper healing and restore your body to a familiar state.
Pediatric Chiropractic Care
The birth process is a beautiful and miraculous event. It is also the most difficult journey we take in our lifetime. Careful examination of the spine following even the most natural and easy of births is an essential way to ensure that your new baby starts out on the right foot.
Our chiropractors have extensive training and experience, and use gentle and specific techniques to treat children, from newborn to teenager. Treating your kids is not like treating you - they are not small adults and require a very special understanding and refined touch.

Parent Coaching is a transformative experience that goes beyond immediate problem-solving; it encourages individuals to evolve and break generational patterns, creating positive and lasting changes in their approach to parenting. Parent coaching is a collaborative effort that equips parents with practical strategies, enhancing their confidence and building stronger connections within the family.
Why Parent Coaching?
The motivation behind seeking parent coaching is fueled by a deep love for our children, driving a desire for effective, empathetic strategies in the face of contemporary parenting difficulties. Traditional discipline strategies, as revealed by scientific research, may prove harmful. Hence, the need for alternatives arises as parents aim to avoid resorting to yelling, threats, hitting, or punishment.
Dr. Shaila is a wonderful chiropractor. She is warm and welcoming as well as extremly knowledgable. Dr. Shaila helped ease my pain during pregnancy and postpartum and helped my daughter with oral dysfunction and gross motor development. I am so glad Shaila has been a part of both of our health care teams, and I would recommend her highly to anyone seeking chiropractic care.
